The fee is non-variable and is valid for the period 01.07.2019 until 30.06.2020.

The monthly fee required for operating expenses is collected by the Chairman of the Managing Board and is paid by bank transfer as follows:

The monthly fee is specific to each apartment and depends on the area of ​​the apartment plus its ideal parts. The monthly fee for each apartment is permanent for a period of 12 months.

At the 13th month, costs are redeployed according to the number of residents. Only energy costs, lift costs, hygiene are subject to redistribution. Compensatory amounts are governed by the fees for the following financial year.

A list containing the due fees from the owners and tenants is sent to the email of each owner.

The fee is valid for the period 01.07.2019 to 30.06.2020.

The fee may be paid in advance for more than one month.

The fee is paid at the beginning of each calendar month.
