The underground garage space consists of a parking space and garages. All places are private. There are no dedicated guest spaces.

Each place has a number with a white paint of the type БxПМxх or БxГxх.

Places are governed by the relevant floor properties to which they belong.

A fee is charged for each place.

2/3 of the fee is used to cover operating costs (electricity, cleaning, plumbing, minor repairs).

1/3 of the fee is set aside for maintenance of fixed assets such as garage door, tolerance system, fire system, electrical installation.

The fee is compulsory and is paid on a monthly basis.

As of 01.07.2019 a monthly fee of BGN 15 was established.
